Manchester Green is a full city block of some of the most modern duplexes that RVA has to offer. The Master Plan included 32 attached duplexes and townhouses for a total of 64 modern residences in the heart of Manchester. The design also included a central courtyard and off street parking.

Richmond Cohousing is a modern building with 19 one, two and three bedroom units on four floors. Within the building we were able to accommodate over 2,500 square feet of interior common space along with a 2,800 square foot roof deck. Amenities include a Kid's Room, Great Room, Workshops and storage areas. Additionally, the building was designed and built with green design and sustainability in mind including a solar panel array system on the roof and the building received EarthCraft Multifamily Certification.
